REALTOR® biography pages usually start with a variety of acronyms and accolades which mean little to buyers or sellers. A Realtor® should be more than the sum of their awards and schooling. They should be measured by the level of professionalism and service that they provide to their clients.
Whether buying or selling, my clients are represented by an advocate. Studying market trends ensures that I provide my clients with the best advice and most current information possible. Communication is critical for the transaction to be successful, and negotiation is most effective when it is well organized and strategic.
My focus is being my client’s advocate and source of information, protecting their investment, and leveraging their position in the transaction, for their benefit. Performing to that goal will maintain a happy client, as well as creating a reason for future referrals! Generally, I work with 20-30 clients per year to allow me to provide the most personalized service possible to each client.

My real estate career in Austin spans six major market cycles. For 15 years I was a certified and designated residential appraiser. Professional designations such as Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, and Certified Negotiating Expert are evidence of my pursuit of continuing education and experience in residential sales.
A resident of Austin since 1981, and a resident of Allandale, in Austin, since 1992. I am happily married and have two daughters and a stepson. Music, photography, country dancing, and live events are my hobbies and passion, and my core desire is to help people achieve their goals.
